THE AINU
The Ainu collection was a part of world ethnography course.

The aim of the course was to create a 6-piece collection and print design inspired by Ainu tribe (located in Hokkaido island in Japan).
The silhouettes and patterns were inspired by their sacred values like the holy-stick inaw, bear and salmon, specially its flesh, which interpretation was used to create mirror-symmetrical prints.
